Service Requests
There are multiple ways to request services for NDGI and NDGI Ohio. Requests can always be made via text, email or phone to location managers. NDGI has also developed an iPhone app and web portal, Grain Inspection Assistant (GIA), to effectively request service for on-site grading and sampling. When requests are made, it immediately notifies the appropriate manager via text/email.
To get setup to use this new service, please email ndgi@graininspection.com to request instructions and a company specific username and password.
Benefits of using app/web portal:
- Request is automatically inputted into desktop program all managers monitor/utilize
- Can sign in to see all current and future requests, along with what tests were requested
- Can see when NDGI personnel clock out of the agency to start their drive towards service request location
- Continual improvements to make scheduling easier!
